He’s the worse sales person when it comes to issues after contract is signed , he only worries about his incentives and god reviews but when it comes to issues after the aftermath he’s ghost , he will not returned call not resolves problems unless is about his good 5 stars so he gets his bonus , from the owners to the sales person they can care Lee about you . I will never renew my lease here ever specially with Cesar .

On 05/02/2022 the salesman Mr. Alexis Ramos showed me a purchasing sheet for a 2022 Senta Cruz truck, $31600 purchasing car price plus $4200 out of state registration, tax and other fees, total $35800 cash offer. I paid $1000 deposit. On 05/05/2022 the financial officer asked me to sign a final contract, $32000 car price plus Florida registration, tax and other fees, total $35800 cash. I didn't get the title, registration... within 1 month. I called tons of time to contact with general manager, no response. I had to complain with BBB and Hyundai consumer office. It's the fraud.

Going the extra mile
Luis took the time to show me the vehicles in stock and let me test drive all the models I was interested in. He was professional and courteous all through the process. No pressure. Very knowledgeable. I returned 2 days later to complete my leasing of a Genesis. Luis came in on his day off to accommodate me. The Finance Manager, Malik Madatalik had all the paperwork ready-no waiting. Total efficiency and respect by Luis and Malik for my time and all aspects of our negotiations. The floor mats were not available when I picked up the car, and Luis brought them to me at my job the next day. I highly recommend Luis as a salesperson and Malik is the bonus.

As a retired senior I have been purchasing my cars for many years, and it had always been one of my pet peeves in life due to the inordinate amount of time most dealers make you loose while playing their sales games and trying to squeeze every cent they can from the deal…..!!! Well, my last three cars were a breath of fresh air; I purchased every one of them from Kendall Hyundai with the help of Luis E. Dominguez in sales. Each transaction was straight forward, they took less than two hours to complete, and there was a cordial and professional demeanor to the whole encounter. As I mentioned my transaction last Thursday will be my third Hyundai; I’ve owned a Genesis, a Santa-Fe, and I just bought a Palisade. They were all great cars, a pleasure to drive and with the help of Luis and his team I have been very pleasantly attended and treated as a valued customer. The Best Car Buying Experience Ever!
First of all, I would like to commend both Adonis Jimenez and Herbert Cabrera (who assisted Adonis throughout the process) for their professionalism and friendly style. They both made the car buying experience very quick and easy. One of the things that I enjoyed the most is that all the negotiations were conducted over the phone/text messages, therefore it wasn't until we agreed on the number that Adonis asked me to come over the dealer to select other features of the car. To my surprise, when I arrived at the dealer almost all the paper work had already been done, therefore we could dedicate a good amount of time between conducting a test drive and examining all the exciting features that came with the vehicle. Adonis was recommended by a friend and I I would definitely recommend Adonis as a sales person for anyone.

Do not buy a car from Kendall Hyundai. I’m about to take legal action against this dealership. Drove down from Atlanta to purchase a 2018 Genesis. They purposefully titled the vehicle wrong, didn’t give me a drive out tag, and now I have a vehicle I can’t drive. The worst part of the situation is I’ve been calling for 2 months and nobody has returned my call.

I can honestly ONLY say nice things about Jesus. I had gone in to switch my car, 2017 Santa Fe. At first, a different seller approached us, he was not working with my budget and what I wanted. Disappointed, we were waiting as they were also checking my car in the service department. Jesus, approached my husband and I just to ask if we were able to find my dream car. As soon as we said no, he said no worries, wait for me. He worked with me, he did not give up on what I wanted and of course, my budget. He was able to get me my dream car. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jesus. He waited for me until after 7:00 pm for me to arrive, he never pressured me to lease the car, nor made me feel like I couldn’t afford my dreams. Thank you Jesus, now I am as happy as I can be with my new 2022 lease. Will definitely go back to him, once it’s time to return this car.

If I could give my experience 10 stars I would. I purchases a Hyundai Santa Cruz last Friday. I was assisted by salesman Yamil Massu. He was helpful, nice and knowledgeable. This dealer is one of the few in Miami Dade County that did not take advantage of the hot market by inflating their prices. The deal went very smooth and Yamil's attention to detail was paramount. I love my vehicle, I love the warranty that comes with it and especially, I felt welcomed and taken care of at Kendall Hyundai. They have a customer for life with me. Thank you Kendall Hyundai and thank you Yamil Massu for being nice and honest.

I purchased a new car 5 months ago from Kendall Hyundai. I drove 90 minutes and paid over the sticker price. The car had a small dent on the door which I brought to Paulo's attention before I left the dealership. Since I lived 90 minutes away, Paulo said they would reimburse me if I got it repaired. I have been waiting 5 months for a check. It has been one excuse after another. Left a message for the General Manager and never got a callback. I went to this dealership due to their inventory and availability for the car I was looking for. They truly don't care about their customers. Customers have many other options when purchasing a car. Stay away from this dealership!

Customer service is not Mr Ramirez forte. We went in to the dealer interested in leasing an Elantra. Nobody greeted us at entry until we saw Mr Ramirez. We inquired on the availability of a hybrid Elantra and we were immediately told by Mr Ramirez that we had arrived a day late because he had sold 10 of them the day before. At that point we were basically ready to leave but he told us to sit that he would see what he could do. Although his initial attitude was a bit rude, we agreed. What a mistake that was. Mr Ramirez while making inquiries, proceeded to question my heritage based on a supposed accent in my speaking in comparison to my sons. Then he question if in fact I was the father of my son who was next to me. Spoke poorly of the owner of the dealership calling him cheap and would not buy back cars at a good price and that I should to go to carmax. He then took a personal call, had us listening into it and then once he was done asked for my name. Once I gave him my name he took an issue with my last name. I guess my last name didn't match his prejudice of me and my son. At that point I decided it was best to leave. I have never encountered a salesperson so antagonistic and rude as Mr Ramirez. If you are looking for a pleasant customer service experience, stay away from this dealer.

Shawn Powell is what makes Kendall Hyndai work. Before dealing with Shawn I had a few issues and when Shawn took over it was 100% honest and professional treatment from there on. Since then I have taken my car back a few times and he has been extremely helpful, professional and provided fast and accurate service. Unfortunately, their service department should be renamed
Unfortunately, their service department should be renamed to the No Service Department. On two separate occasions I scheduled my car for valet pickup at my house to have maintenance performed. On both occasions nobody came to pick up the car, Nobody from Service called, emailed or texted me. I wasted two days waiting at home. I called the Service department several times, but was sent to a voicemail black hole each time. I got sent to an offsite “scheduling center” which was completely unhelpful, who had no idea how to do anything other than send a text to the service department. I then called Shawn Powell (service manager) several times and left voicemails. Never received a return call. I was a longtime Kendall Hyundai customer, emphasis on WAS.

On April 30, 2022 I went with the family to purchase a vehicle at Doral Hyundai and was interested on purchasing a Venue SE/SEL or KONA SE/SEL. Their selection was pretty slim and their salesman weren't able to advise exactly what was in inventory, so we had to take a ride through the lot to verify what truly was on hand. When we got back to the desk none of the inventory the salesman showed us worked out for us. It was 11:30AM and as we told the salesman that we would try back another day. The salesman spoke to his manager, Edwin Barrantes to see how they can salvage a possible sale and was told to take "$500 off of any of the vehicles we had been interested in" during our ride in the lot. We stated we had to keep looking around because the colors that we saw didn't work and most of what was available was Limited edition not an SE or SEL. After walking outside, we took a walk through the opposite side of the lot to continue reviewing their inventory without a salesman and to talk among the family. After further discussion we decided to settle on one of the vehicles they had available a grey KONA. When we walk back inside Edwin advised the "$500 manager discount was off the table" I insisted that how could that be it had only been 10 Minutes. After we continued to talk he simply refused with a smile and then as I walked away he laughed at me with another manager. I felt disrespected and humiliated that a Doral Hyundai employee at his level instead of leading by example would be so careless but to laugh at a customer that he refused to honor a deal that had been presented 10 minutes prior. I asked for his name and business card and they continued to laugh and be disrespectful. Since I was ready to buy a car they don't realize they could've honored the $500 and inflated the MSRP of the vehicle and fooled me to believing I was getting the $500 and they still would have gotten the sale, but to refuse to honor a discount that was given 10 minutes prior and then be disrespectful about it at a managerial level is unacceptable and I firmly believe it should be called out because no customer should ever feel that way. After leaving Doral Hyundai I went to Kendall Hyundai and purchased KONA SE with Sales Advisor Milena Romero. We had a stress-free sale and was even catered to like we were at a 5 Star Restaurant; (Offered Coffee and Water, greeted by all employees, and a great comfortable lobby to sit and discuss with the family. During the sale Mark Diaz greeted us and congratulated us on the sale. We felt accepted at Kendall Hyundai. I even shared my feedback with some of the employees so they could understand that great customer service pays off and in this day of age you don't find much of it due to lack of employee's or unhappy salaries; but I tell you what the customer service and professionalism from all the employees at Kendall Hyundai was very well recognized and they should be grateful for it. One star is too much for the service they offer. Truly the worst of the worst. A few months ago I bought a Hyundai Accent and they sold it to me with the damaged air, the next day I went and they told me that they would take care of fixing it. To summarize I went several times and they made me wait all day and then lie to myself again and again. The seller Adrián Garcia lied to me many times and also the mechanic Mario. The truth is that a lack of respect like these people deceives the clients. Please be careful with this dealer

After walking outside, we took a walk through the opposite side of the lot to continue reviewing their inventory without a salesman and to talk among the family. After further discussion we decided to settle on one of the vehicles they had available a grey KONA. When we walk back inside Edwin advised the "$500 manager discount was off the table" I insisted that how could that be it had only been 10 Minutes. After we continued to talk he simply refused with a smile and then as I walked away he laughed at me with another manager. I felt disrespected and humiliated that a Doral Hyundai employee at his level instead of leading by example would be so careless but to laugh at a customer that he refused to honor a deal that had been presented 10 minutes prior. I asked for his name and business card and they continued to laugh and be disrespectful. Since I was ready to buy a car they don't realize they could've honored the $500 and inflated the MSRP of the vehicle and fooled me to believing I was getting the $500 and they still would have gotten the sale, but to refuse to honor a discount that was given 10 minutes prior and then be disrespectful about it at a managerial level is unacceptable and I firmly believe it should be called out because no customer should ever feel that way. After leaving Doral Hyundai I went to Kendall Hyundai and purchased KONA SE with Sales Advisor Milena Romero. We had a stress-free sale and was even catered to like we were at a 5 Star Restaurant; (Offered Coffee and Water, greeted by all employees, and a great comfortable lobby to sit and discuss with the family. During the sale Mark Diaz greeted us and congratulated us on the sale. We felt accepted at Kendall Hyundai. I even shared my feedback with some of the employees so they could understand that great customer service pays off and in this day of age you don't find much of it due to lack of employee's or unhappy salaries; but I tell you what the customer service and professionalism from all the employees at Kendall Hyundai was very well recognized and they should be grateful for it. Thank you Milena Romero and Mark Diaz for a wonderful experience at Kendall Hyundai and a great deal on our Hyundai Kona. Look forward to visiting you every time service is due. Wish I would've gone to Kendall of Hyundai first, but now I know better!
